In March of spring, I love that mouthful of tender spinach, especially this mouthful of oil spilled spicy spinach. It’s really appetizing and refreshing!


1 handful of spinach
7 red peppers
Proper pepper granules
2 teaspoons raw soy sauce
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
A few drops of sesame oil
1g salt
Half a spoonful of peanut oil


Step 1
Remove the dried leaves from the spinach and clean it.

Step 2
Scald with hot water for about 2 minutes until green.

Step 3
Prepare sauce, soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and sesame oil, mix well and melt.

Step 4
Cut red pepper into sections and prepare pepper granules.

Step 5
Take out the spinach and use cold water several times to reduce the temperature.

Step 6
Squeeze the water in the spinach dry and set aside.

Step 7
Put oil in the pot, add pepper and pepper granules and cook until it tastes good.

Step 8
Pour the cooked spicy oil into the spinach.

Step 9
Pour in the juice.

Step 10
Mix well and enjoy.
