Spinach has always been my favorite. I can eat it all, whether fried or cold. This time with delicious dried beans and red peanuts, it’s more delicious. There is no high calorie, and it is refreshing to eat in summer.

Ingredients

500g spinach
80g peanuts
150g dried beans
3 g salt
5ml soy sauce
5ml steamed fish soy sauce
3 g Sugar
15ml rice vinegar
Proper pepper oil
A small amount of sesame oil
Proper amount of chili oil

Directions

Step 1
Raw red peanuts, put them into the microwave oven, high heat for about 1 minute. You can also use fried peanuts.

Step 2
Wash the spinach. Scald with boiling water, remove and drain the water for standby. Don't burn too much.

Step 3
Dice cooked dried beans.

Step 4
Put all the dishes together.

Then add salt, sugar, soy sauce, steamed fish, soy sauce and rice vinegar, mix well and put on a plate. Drizzle with sesame oil, chili oil, etc.
