Spicy spare ribs with cumin


500g pork chop
3G salt
3ml soy sauce
5g scallion
8g ginger
Two star anise
15g cinnamon
1 tomato sauce
20G persimmon pepper
3G fragrant leaves
2ml white vinegar
5 ml zanthoxylum oil
3G cumin


Step 1
Mince ginger, garlic, chopped yellow pepper and green pepper separately.

Cut the green onion into green onion.
