Spicy spare ribs with cumin
500g pork chop
3ml soy sauce
Two star anise
1 tomato sauce
20G persimmon pepper
3G fragrant leaves
2ml white vinegar
5 ml zanthoxylum oil
Step 1Mince ginger, garlic, chopped yellow pepper and green pepper separately.
Step 2Cut the green onion into green onion.
Step 3Wash the spareribs and chop them into inch pieces.

Step 11Add zanthoxylum oil, cumin powder and a little salt, stir well, put out the pan and sprinkle with cooked sesame.
