Spicy sausage and mixed vegetables


80g sausage
2 persimmon peppers
200g cauliflower
100g coriander
1 / 2 spoon salt
1 tsp chicken powder
1 slice of ginger
Three garlic
1 tablespoon Chinese prickly ash
1 spoonful of thirteen spices
Moderate amount of blended oil
1 tablespoon SinSin hot and sour sauce


Step 1
Wash cauliflower and cut into small flowers, cut green pepper into rings, cut coriander in half
