Every time I go to the supermarket, I like to buy cooked food “small potatoes”. The skin is wrinkled. It costs 3 yuan a box. I feel it’s delicious. Recently, when we went to the vegetable market, LG and I finally found a small potato and then came back with a big bag. Ha ha.

Ingredients

22 little potatoes
1 tbsp peanut oil
6 dried peppers
10 Chinese prickly ash
Two star anise
1 piece of ginger
Two cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Appropriate amount of water

Directions

Step 1
Potatoes don't need to be peeled. Use a clean toothbrush or other kitchen brush

Step 2
Put the clean potatoes in the pot and cook them; If the steamer is awesome, steam it down.

Boiled potatoes, take out to cool, and then gently flatten with a knife; All potatoes are flattened, the potatoes on both sides of the right amount of salt, be careful not to press too hard, otherwise the potatoes will be scattered
