200g tofu
8 g starch
100g water
10 g zanthoxylum oil
30g Pixian bean paste
5 ml soy sauce
5g shredded pepper
1 g salt
1g ginger powder
5g minced beef
3 g white granulated sugar
2G mushroom
2 g garlic
5g chili powder


Step 1
Cut tofu into small pieces, blanch and set aside

Step 2
Stir fry minced chilli in pepper oil over low heat, add Pixian bean paste, soy sauce, salt, ginger powder, chili powder, garlic, beef, sugar, mushroom and water, and boil well over low heat

Step 3
Pour in the tofu and bring to a boil for two minutes

Step 4
When cooking, transfer water and starch, thicken and take out of the pot
