If you are like me, you must learn this “Mapo Tofu”!


[main material]
1 piece of tender tofu
100g minced meat
How many millet peppers
A little onion, ginger and garlic
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon half life
Half a spoonful of soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 tablespoon sugar
Half a bowl of water
Proper pepper powder
A little chicken powder


Step 1
First deal with the ingredients: cut the onion, ginger, garlic and millet, foam the meat, and mix the sauce (1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 and a half tablespoon raw soy sauce, 1 and a half tablespoon old soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon sugar and half a bowl of water);

Step 2
Treatment of tofu: after boiling water, add a little salt, put in the tender tofu cut into small pieces and cook for about 1 minute, remove and drain the water;

Start making Mapo Tofu: heat the pot with cold oil, add minced ginger and garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add minced meat and stir fry until discolored;

Then add bean paste and millet chili, stir fry evenly, and pour in the adjusted sauce;

Step 5
After the sauce is boiled, put in the tender tofu pieces with drained water, stir fry carefully, wrap each piece of tender tofu with sauce, and cook over medium heat for about half a minute;

Step 6
Pour in a little water starch to thicken, sprinkle with a little pepper powder and chicken powder, and finally add scallion and mix well. Then come out of the pot and put it on a plate.
