Spicy double ears

Ingredients

100g black fungus
100g Tremella
0.5 cucumber
10 ml aromatic vinegar
1 tsp chili oil
5g sugar
5g red pepper

Directions

Step 1
Add proper amount of water to tremella and Auricularia auricula, soften and tear them into small pieces.

Step 2
Wash cucumber and cut into small pieces.

Step 3
Ground Zanthoxylum bungeanum hot fried out of pepper oil.

Step 4
Mix sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and chili oil together to make a sauce

Step 5
Make clear water from the pot, put both ears into the boiling water, bring to a boil, remove and cool, control the dry water.
