For a eater, if you want to eat, you must make it yourself. My friend’s own free range native chicken is fresh and tender, with its own spicy sauce. It tastes good!


Half a chicken
Three red onions
Proper amount of edible oil
1 tsp white sesame
3 teaspoons peanuts
3 parsley
3 slices of ginger
2 scallions
4 millet peppers
3 tsp chili oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar


Step 1
Cut half of the chicken into even pieces and add three slices of ginger. Put cold water into the pot. Cook for 20 minutes until the chicken is done.

Step 2
Take out the chicken to control the water and cool it several times. spare

Step 3
Heat the pan and add a little oil. When the oil is hot, add the washed peanuts. Saute slowly over low heat until well done.

Step 4
In a non stick pan, heat very hot. Pour in the washed sesame seeds. Turn the pan. Smell the fragrance and get out of the pot.

Chop millet, pepper, green onion, red onion, coriander and other ingredients.

In a bowl, add 4 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 3 teaspoons chili oil, white sesame seeds and peanuts. After mixing, add red onion and stem.

Step 7
Heat the pan, add proper amount of cooking oil and bring to a boil. Pour immediately into the bowl of step 6. Mix well.

Step 8
Put the chicken on the plate. Then pour the spicy sauce.
