Half a chicken
200g chili sauce
400g dry pepper
200g green pepper
1 large piece of ginger
50 ml cooking wine
30g white sesame
20 g pepper
Step 1Cut chicken into small pieces, add cooking wine, pepper and chili sauce, and mix well.
Step 2Cut sesame, garlic, Zanthoxylum bungeanum, red pepper, scallion and ginger into sections.
Step 3Cut the green pepper and scallion leaves into sections and set aside. Cut the onion into pieces.
Step 4Add 500g oil and chicken into the pan and stir fry until golden.
Step 5Fry until the chicken is golden. Remove the chicken.
Step 6When frying the chicken, there is too much oil in the pot. After the chicken is fished out, pour out a large part of the oil, leave a little in the pot, and pour the dry red pepper into the pot to stir fry the spicy flavor.
Step 7Add ginger, onion, garlic and scallion to stir fry.
Step 8Stir fry until fragrant, add green pepper and sesame, and continue to stir fry until green pepper is ripe.
