Spareribs with brown sauce
The spareribs and meat are cooked in brown sauce, stewed with water and juice. The spareribs are soft, rotten and strong. The meat is compact and the color looks like you want to eat. I made two big plates and ate them up in one meal!
Ingredients
1000g spare ribs300g streaky pork
3 tablespoons peanut oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 g salt
3 peppers
30 pepper
2 octagons
1 section onion
1 slice ginger
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sugar
Proper amount of water

Step 1
Prepare pork chops, which we call "yilade". There are many meat and one bone, which is easy to taste and eat

Cut pork into pieces, chop ribs according to the gap of bones, and shred onion, ginger and garlic

Stir fry sugar in hot oil
