20 Green onion
10 ginger
20 Rock sugar
1 A star anise
5g chinese cinnamon
5g dried tangerine peel
2g Fragrant leaves
10g Cooking wine
20g Fresh
10g Old fashioned
5g salt


Step 1
Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces.
