20 Green onion
20 Rock sugar
1 A star anise
5g chinese cinnamon
5g dried tangerine peel
2g Fragrant leaves
10g Cooking wine
10g Old fashioned
Step 1Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces.
Step 2 Put cooking wine into the pot under cold water, boil the bleeding water, take out and drain.
Step 3 Heat the pan, pour oil, add rock sugar and stir fry until red, honey like.
Step 4 Put in the ribs and color them.
Step 52 Pour in the soy sauce, soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, tangerine peel, fragrant leaves, stir fry the flavor, add boiling water without ribs, add onion and ginger, bring to a boil, simmer for 1 hour,.
