Spareribs with black pepper and garlic


750g pork chop
1 tablespoon salt
Moderate amount of ginger
6 garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tsp Yuanzhen sugar
1 tablespoon honey


Step 1
Wash and chop the spareribs.

Step 2
Put boiling water in the pot, smash the ginger, pour in the spareribs, and turn off the fire when the water boils again.

Step 3
Grind garlic into mud and put all flavorings on it.

Step 4
Rinse the ribs with cold water.

Step 5
Pour all seasonings into the spareribs and mix well. Refrigerate and marinate for more than 5 hours. Stir once in the middle.

Step 6
Put the spareribs in the baking pan and the rest of the sauce in( It's better to use tinfoil as backing. My family has just run out of tinfoil.)

Step 7
Preheat oven, 200 degrees, 20 minutes.
