My baby’s favorite, big bone.

Ingredients

1000g pig stick bone
6 tbsp raw soy sauce
1 star anise
20 fennel
Proper amount of salt
A green onion
6 tablespoons cooking wine
3 rock candy
Two slices of ginger
1 clove
1 meat Kou
2 pieces of Angelica dahurica
1 small piece of cinnamon
2 Orange Peel

Directions

Step 1
Wrap cloves, cinnamon and other dry seasonings in small gauze for standby, and cut onions and ginger for standby.

Step 2
Wash the bones and set them aside.

Step 3
Add water to the pot, add bone, onion, ginger, star anise, seasoning bag, soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt.
