Hot and sour shredded potatoes are a popular delicacy on the restaurant table and at the family table. It’s sour, refreshing, spicy, appetizer and wine.


200g potatoes
Proper oil
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of white vinegar
Appropriate amount of red pepper


Step 1
