The most homely hot and sour potato shreds ~

Ingredients

2 potatoes
10g chili (red, small)
4 cloves garlic
5 tablespoons aged vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
20G peanut oil
5g salt
5g chicken essence

Directions

Step 1
Peel and slice the two potatoes prepared

Step 2
After slicing, shred as much as possible. It tastes better

Step 3
Prepare a basin of cold water, put the cut potato silk in the cold water and soak it for about 10 minutes. In the middle, change a basin of cold water (mainly remove potato starch) and fry it until it is crisp

Step 4
When soaking shredded potatoes, prepare the pepper section and garlic (garlic can be flattened or sliced)

Step 5
Next, put peanut oil in the pot and heat the pot to explode the pepper. The pepper is slightly black

Pour in the soaked shredded potatoes and stir fry for about 3 minutes (i.e. softened shredded potatoes)

Pour in raw soy sauce and old vinegar and stir fry for about 3 minutes (if you don't feel ripe, stir fry for two minutes)
