15g soy sauce

Step 1Wash the streaky pork after you buy it, add an appropriate amount of starch and wash it to remove impurities. Hob block.
Step 2Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, about 15g, a little salt and a small teaspoon of chicken essence, and stir evenly with chopsticks.

Step 4Add an appropriate amount of water, no more than pork.
Step 5Bring to a boil over medium heat. Note that the boiling soup will overflow the pot. Watch carefully.
Step 6Turn the minimum heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, slightly remove the cover to prevent overflow.
Step 7After 20 minutes, the soup becomes thicker and thicker. During this period, the pork is mixed for many times to better color evenly.
Step 8At the last time, when the juice is about to be collected, turn the pork with a spoon. The soup will turn pale brown and thick. Turn off the fire and add the scallion. Note that the soup can't be completely dried. It will force the lard out and it's very greasy.
