Ingredients

1 pig ear
1 / 2 spoon salt
2 teaspoons soy sauce
4 cloved garlic
1 teaspoon Chinese prickly ash noodles
1 teaspoon sesame oil
10g crispy soybeans
1 teaspoon chicken essence
2 tbsp chili oil
1 / 2 tsp sugar
2 shallots
10g peanut kernel (fried)
1 small piece of ginger
Appropriate amount of water

Directions

Step 1
Add proper amount of water to the pot, add ginger, pepper, cooking wine and pig ears, and cook for 40 minutes

A fresh pig ear, cut the root of the ear with a knife, do not cut through

After 40 minutes, remove the ear and cover both sides of the ear with plastic film

With a flat weight, I press the cutting board on the hot pig ears until the ears are completely cooled naturally. The waiting time varies according to the ambient temperature. It takes about two hours in winter. In summer, it is best to prevent food deterioration in the freezer
