I didn’t see mustard when I was a child. I didn’t know this vegetable until I went to Guangzhou. I didn’t like its taste very much for the first time. Later, every time I went out to eat, it appeared very frequently on the table, and I gradually liked it. The condiments at home are not complete, so we just add some raw soy sauce and minced garlic. It’s also very delicious.


500g mustard blue
3 g salt
1 garlic
5g raw extract
Appropriate amount of vegetable oil
