Ingredients

1 pig's hoof
150g white kidney beans
Moderate salt
3 fragrant leaves
3 slices of ginger
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 scallions
1 teaspoon spicy oil
Three cloved garlic
Proper amount of sugar
1 teaspoon Baijiu
A little cooked sesame

Directions

Step 1
Rinse the kidney beans and soak them for 12 hours.

Step 2
Wash the pig's feet and chop them into small pieces.

Step 3
Add some water to the ginger, Baijiu, and boil the leaves.

Step 4
Blanch the pig's hoof with water and use a colander to take it out.

Add appropriate amount of water into the stew pot, put the pig's feet, boil the ginger over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer slowly.
