Xianshaobai is a famous dish of Han nationality in Sichuan Province. It is one of the distinctive dishes in Sichuan cuisine. It is famous for its tender and thin texture, salty and fresh, sweet and mellow taste. It is cooked with vegetarian meat and adds special flavor.


500g pork
250g sprouts
20G veteran
15 Chinese prickly ash
4 dried peppers
60g rapeseed oil
10 g brown sugar
2 scallions
5g ginger
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons vinegar
Appropriate amount of water

Cook pork until eight mature, add salt, shallot, pepper and ginger
