1 bowl of rice
1 section of sausage
Half a carrot
1 small bowl of green beans
4 mushrooms
2 teaspoons soy sauce
A few slices of ginger and garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tsp pepper powder
Discretionary salt
1 teaspoon cooking wine


Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients, dice the sausage, carrot, mushroom, garlic and ginger

Step 2
Add a little oil (1 teaspoon) to the pan, stir fry ginger and garlic first, then sausages and mushrooms for two minutes

Then add the diced carrots and stir fry for a while. Put the washed rice into the pot and add a little water

Add 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon pepper. Mix well. Add salt as appropriate
