Heat the pot, pour in peanut oil, add sausage granules and stir fry. Because it's peanut oil, you don't have to wait until the oil is hot

After sausages are cooked, add minced ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Then pour in tofu and stir fry

Stir fry the bean curd slightly dry, pour in the bean curd seasoning and scallion, and stir fry for 20 seconds to get out of the pot. If there is no Douhua seasoning, pour in half a spoonful of Douban sauce, half a spoonful of pepper, stir fry a spoonful of raw soy sauce, and then add scallion. If you like spicy taste, you can add a little pepper powder.
