Pig’s ears with soy sauce and crisp cucumber. Pour on the hot and sour oil. It tastes delicious.

Ingredients

A pig ear with sauce
A cucumber
A clove of garlic
15 ml chili oil
5g salt
5 grams of raw tobacco
10 ml vinegar
2G MSG
2 ml sesame oil

Directions

Step 1
One pig ear with fresh sauce, shredded with top knife. Wash a cucumber.

Step 2
The cucumbers are cut into chopsticks and seasoned. They are stacked on the plate.

Step 3
Put the cut ear strips on top of the cucumber strips.

Step 4
In a small bowl, add minced garlic, chili oil, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil. Stir well.

Step 5
Pour the mixed juice evenly on the plate.
