1 tablespoon dry starch + 1 tablespoon water marinated shredded pork: Shuidian powder
1 tablespoon shredded Bacon: sunflower seed oil
2 tablespoons sauce: cooking wine
2 tablespoons sauce: raw
4 tablespoons sauce: balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon + 2 tablespoons ≈ 25g sauce: white granulated sugar
1 tablespoon sauce: sesame oil (sesame oil)
2 tablespoons sauce: water
Thicken with 1 tbsp dry starch + 3 tbsp water starch
30ml + 15ml sunflower seed oil

Soak black fungus first. Soak in cold water and foam. After soaking for a while, pour out the water and continue soaking with clean water. Soak for more than 30 minutes. Then take out the soaked black fungus, shred it, blanch it in boiling water and cut it raw. In the picture, boiling water is boiling black fungus.
