Shaguang fish soup

Ingredients

500g sand light fish
Proper amount of salt
Right amount of onion
Proper blending oil

Directions

Step 1
Remove the gills, intestines and stomach of the fish and clean it

Step 2
Heat the oil in the pot and pour in the washed Shaguang fish. Fry both sides in oil. The frying time does not need to be too long for a minute or two

Step 3
Pour water into the fried fish and fill it with water

Step 4

Step 5
Change to medium low heat and continue to cook until the fish soup turns white and thick

Step 6
After turning off the heat, add a little salt, pepper and scallion, cover and simmer for a minute or two
