Radish cake is a very seasonal snack, many places have radish cake, taste, cooking slightly different.


1000 g radish
A handful of mushrooms
50g peanut kernel (fried)
Right amount of minced meat
Moderate salt
Appropriate amount of sticky rice flour
A little vegetable oil


Step 1
Prepare the materials, soak the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces, deep fry the peanuts and shred the radish (slicing is more convenient, I don't have it at home, so I use it)

Step 2
Pickle radish with salt for half an hour. Everyone's practice is different. Someone will squeeze the water dry. Here, I don't need to pour the water

Step 3
Put oil in the pan and stir the diced mushrooms and minced meat until fragrant

Pour the radish with water and stir fry

Step 5
Stir fry radish, turn off heat, pour in sticky rice flour and mix well

Step 6
Pour in the oiled mould and steam for about 30 minutes

Step 7
After cooling, cut it into your favorite size and fry it golden
