Asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables. Maybe it’s because I like it. I think it’s delicious in any way. Hee hee.


300g asparagus
150g shrimp
2 eggs
75g carrot
15g edible oil
Proper amount of salt


Step 1
Wash asparagus and carrots;

Step 2
Put water into the pot and bring to a boil;

Step 3
In the process of boiling water, slice the carrot and cut the asparagus into hobs;

After the water boils, add a little salt and cut asparagus and carrots;

Step 5
Blanch the asparagus until it is 8 ripe, remove and put it into cold water;

Step 6
Continue to put the shrimps into the boiling water, take out the shrimps after they change color and control dry;

Step 7
Break up the eggs and set aside;

Step 8
Put edible oil into the pot;

Step 9
After the oil is warm, pour the scattered eggs into the pot and stir fry;

Step 10
Add asparagus and carrots and stir fry for 1 minute;

Step 11
Add shrimps and salt and stir fry over high heat for 2 minutes;

Step 12
Serve on a plate.
