Ant tree is a common food in Sichuan and Chongqing of China. It is fried with vermicelli and minced meat with spicy bean paste. It is said that after the ants go to the tree, there are tiny minced meat on the fans, which looks like a line of ants slowly climbing up the tree.

Ingredients

100g pork stuffing
100g fans
3 slices of ginger
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 chives
1 tbsp Douban chili sauce
1 / 4 tsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
100 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Soak the vermicelli in boiling water, remove, cut and drain

Step 2
Add oil into the pot, saute onion and ginger, pour in minced meat and stir fry oil

Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon spicy bean paste and stir well

Step 4
Pour 100 ml of water into the pot

Step 5
Mix in sugar and soy sauce

Step 6
Pour in the soaked vermicelli

Step 7
Stir fry until the soup is dry, sprinkle with scallion and stir well
