200g lamb leg
2 shallots
5ml cooking wine
1 small piece of ginger
15ml raw extract
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of cumin powder
Proper amount of pepper

2 tablespoons edible oil


Step 1
The mutton leg was half thawed and sliced evenly.
