It’s rare to have a day off. I started cooking at home. I don’t know whether I haven’t cooked this dish for a long time or I’m tired of eating outside. I didn’t make enough for lunch. A large bowl of vegetables will be bottomed out without a few mouthfuls.


150g celery
200g sirloin
2 tbsp oil
3 slices of ginger
2 teaspoons salt
2 red peppers
10g soy sauce
5g pepper powder
Half a spoonful of chicken essence
1 teaspoon cooking wine

Wash celery and soak in brine for 15 minutes.
