Beijing sauce shredded meat belongs to Beijing cuisine. It’s sweet and salty with strong sauce flavor. It’s very delicious with bean skin and green onion.


150g pork fillet
5 pieces of tofu skin
1 green onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
5 ml cooking wine
1 teaspoon starch
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
5ml soy sauce
1 tsp sugar


Step 1
Cut pork fillet into shreds

Step 2
Add cooking wine, starch and soy sauce

Step 3
Stir well and marinate for 15 minutes

Step 4
Saute scallion in hot oil

Step 5
Add shredded meat and stir fry until discolored

Step 6
Add sauce, sugar and a little water

Step 7
Stir fry well
