Snow red, fresh picked, kneaded and pickled with salt, also known as snow vegetable! It’s suitable to cook soup and stir fry!
A handful of sauerkraut
Half a winter bamboo shoot
1 tablespoon salt
40 ml corn oil
2 slices of ginger
Half a bowl of water
5g cooking wine
Step 1Clean the sauerkraut and cut off the root.
Step 2Squeeze dry and cut into pieces.
Step 3Wash the winter bamboo shoots and cut them into thin slices.
Step 4Watercress are bought directly and peeled by others. Clean it. Drain slightly and set aside.
Step 5Clean the pot, open the fire, heat it, pour in corn oil, put ginger slices after the oil is warm, shake the pot, and let the oil on the inner wall of the pot shake evenly to prevent sticking to the pot.
Step 6Pour in winter bamboo shoots and stir fry.
Step 7After 30 seconds, pour in cooking wine and continue to stir fry. Remove the astringency of bamboo shoots.
Step 8Then pour in watercress and stir fry for 1 minute.
Step 9Pour in half a bowl of water, stir fry evenly, cover the pot, simmer for about one minute, and let the winter bamboo shoots and watercress simmer for a while.
Step 10Then pour in snow vegetables and stir fry constantly.
Step 1130 seconds to 1 minute, then add salt to taste.
Step 12Add half a spoonful of sugar and freshen it.
Step 13Stir fry evenly, turn off the fire after 15 seconds and cover the pot for 1 minute. Just take out the pot.
