Sauteed Preserved Pork with Pickled Turnip


100g Bacon
50g dried radish
10g persimmon pepper
10g red pepper
Proper amount of peanut oil
Proper amount of chicken powder
10g scallion
Moderate amount of ginger
5g garlic
Moderate amount of old style


Step 1
Wash and cut the bacon into small pieces.

Step 2
Dry clean radish and cut into coarse grains, cut green pepper and red pepper into rings, cut ginger and garlic into mince, cut green onion into flowers and set aside.

Step 3
Keep the bacon in water.

Step 4
Dry the radish with warm water and dilute the salt.

Step 5
Put oil in the pan, saute ginger and garlic, add green and red pepper, pour in bacon and stir fry.

Step 6
Pour in the dried radish and stir fry well. Add about 2 tbsp of water and cook for a while to blend the taste of radish and bacon. At last, add a few drops of soy sauce, mix in chicken powder, add scallion and stir well. Serve.
