Disan fresh food is a famous traditional dish in Northeast China. It is made of three kinds of fresh ingredients in season: eggplant, potato and green pepper. Four small eggplants
2 potatoes
3 green peppers
A little green onion, ginger and garlic
A little soy sauce
A little raw
A little salt
Two tablespoons sugar


Step 1
Cut potatoes and eggplant into pieces, soak eggplant in water, kill with salt, and then squeeze out water

Fry the eggplant and potatoes in turn until golden and soft
