I worry about what to eat every day. I saw eggplant when I went to the supermarket, so I thought of three fresh vegetables^_^


1 green pepper
1 potato
2 eggplant (purple skin, long)
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon salt
Proper oil
Proper amount of water


Step 1
Eggplant, green pepper and potato (peeled) are cut into pieces and sliced with garlic

Step 2
Fire, heat the pot and pour the oil. Pour the oil into the garlic and stir fry the flavor

Step 3
Pour the pre cut eggplant, pepper and potato into it and stir fry

Step 4
Add soy sauce and salt and continue to stir fry

Step 5
Pour in an appropriate amount of water (just a small bowl of water)

Step 6
Cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes, drain the water, stir fry with a shovel, and then you can get out of the pot
