Ingredients

1 eggplant
1 potato
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic

Directions

Step 1
Cut eggplant and marinate it for half an hour.

Step 2
Mix a bowl of juice: salt, sugar, soy sauce, five spice powder and water.

Step 3
Heat the pot, put some oil, put the pickled eggplant into the pot, stir fry it soft and take it out.

Step 4
In another pot, stir fry potatoes, add a little water, cover the pot and stew until cooked, then add green pepper and stir fry until raw.

Step 5
Then pour the eggplant back into the pot, add garlic slices, stir fry until fragrant, and sprinkle chives before starting the pot.
