Ingredients

Appropriate amount (niuwa) freeze-dried Tricholoma matsutake
Proper dried beans
Proper amount of sweet pepper
Appropriate amount of celery
Appropriate amount of garlic
Proper oyster sauce
Proper soy sauce
Proper amount of salt

Directions

Step 1
Put the freeze-dried Tricholoma matsutake into clean water, wake up for 30 seconds and set aside.

Step 2
Shred dried beans and sweet pepper. Set aside.

Step 3
Cut the celery into sections, slice the garlic and set aside.

Step 4
Put oil in a hot pot, saute garlic, add dried beans, celery and sweet pepper, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir fry.
