I’ve lost my appetite recently. I don’t want to eat here!


250g soybeans
50g sauerkraut
50g pork
1 tablespoon oyster sauce


Step 1
Prepare all ingredients and chop pork;

Step 2
Pour 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and an appropriate amount of pepper into the minced meat, stir evenly and marinate to taste;

Step 3
Boil with water in the pot, pour in soybeans and cook until they are broken and remove;

Step 4
Heat oil in a hot pot, pour minced meat and stir fry until discolored;

Step 5
Pour in sauerkraut and continue to stir evenly;

Step 6
Continue to pour in soybeans and mix well again;
