Lettuce with oyster sauce should be considered as the most classic way of lettuce. It is simple but nutritious. It is a very convenient home dish.


1 lettuce
1 teaspoon salt
5g garlic
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
5g corn starch
Appropriate amount of water
1 / 2 tsp sugar


Step 1
Wash the lettuce and drain

Step 2
Smash garlic and cut into coarse rice. Mix corn starch and water into water starch (a little thinner). Heat a pot of boiling water and 1 teaspoon salt

Then add the lettuce, blanch for about 10 seconds, quickly remove and drain

Step 4
Put the boiled lettuce on the plate

Step 5
In another pot, add a little vegetable oil and heat to 50%. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant

Add oyster sauce, sugar and water starch, bring to a boil and pour over lettuce
