Oyster sauce tastes delicious and has a strong oyster flavor. It’s very good with vegetables and meat. The most classic oyster rape in my impression is lettuce with oyster sauce. This time I chose round lettuce, which tastes richer than big leaf lettuce. The raw materials are simple, and the sauce is easy to mix. It’s easy to ensure that the taste is suitable for new cooks.


3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 round lettuce
5g salt
Three cloved garlic
5 grams of raw tobacco
3 G starch
5g sugar
Half a red pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Appropriate amount of water


Step 1
Prepare the ingredients, wash the lettuce, peel it open, soak it in salt water for 3-5 minutes to remove the pesticide residues, then tear it into small pieces, cut the garlic and set aside

Add enough water to the pot and bring to a boil. When the water boils, add the lettuce. Turn off the fire immediately. Turn the lettuce in the water and remove the supercooled water

Heat the frying pan, add some vegetable oil and stir fry the garlic until fragrant

Then add two or three teaspoons oyster sauce, stir fry with minced garlic

Add appropriate amount of water, add salt, sugar, a little soy sauce, bring to a boil, transfer a little water starch into the pot, turn off the fire after the soup becomes thick
