Lettuce is easy to be cooked. It’s crispy and refreshing to eat when it’s hot and cold

Ingredients

A big lettuce
Appropriate amount of garlic
Proper amount of oyster sauce
A little starch
Proper amount of soy sauce
A little sugar

Directions

Step 1
Soak lettuce in salt water, wash and drain

Step 2
Bring to a boil with water, add a little salt and oil, add lettuce and blanch for half or one minute, soften and remove

Step 3
Take out the pendulum plate and control the excess water after putting it in order

Prepare a small bowl and pour in half a bowl of cold water ➕ A spoonful of oyster sauce ➕ A spoonful of soy sauce ➕ A teaspoon of sugar ➕ Mix a teaspoon of starch and cut the garlic into small pieces
