400g chicken
2 green peppers
20G oil
4 g salt
2 tbsp starch
20G cooking wine
10g scallion
10g garlic
1 tbsp fresh soy sauce
2G oyster sauce


Step 1
Cut the chicken into small pieces and marinate with cooking wine, salt and starch for 10 minutes

Dice the green pepper

Step 3
Stir fry the chicken in hot oil

Step 4
Stir fry the scallion in the frying pan with green pepper

Step 5
Pour in the fried chicken, add water, soy sauce, salt, oyster sauce, garlic and stir well
