Steamed steamed buns are crystal clear and taste good. The snow vegetables brought back from my mother’s house are much better than mine. They taste moist and salty.

400g flour
300g sauerkraut
200g dried white beans
15g sesame oil
1.5g black pepper powder

Step 1
Prepare the flour and scald it with boiling water.

Step 2
Mix well and knead thoroughly to form a smooth dough.

Step 3
Pour chopped snow vegetables into a bowl, add chopped dried white beans, add black pepper and sesame oil, and mix well for steamed stuffed bun filling.

Step 4
The dough is divided into small doses.

Step 5
Roll it into a small round piece (it's troublesome to roll the skin, but the back one is directly pinched into a round piece by hand), and put it in dried snow vegetables and beans.

Step 6
Wrap it into small buns.

Step 7
The wrapped steamed stuffed buns give birth to embryos.

Step 8
Put the steamed stuffed bun in the cage drawer; Boil the water in the pot, put it in the cage and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

Step 9
Steamed steamed buns have soft and tough skin, and the filling is salty and delicious.
