This is the pickled cabbage in Northeast China. In the past, every family would pickle a jar of pickled cabbage with Chinese cabbage every autumn and keep it for winter consumption. Now there are fewer pickled pickled vegetables in the city. Pickled vegetables are sold in the vegetable market all year round, and they are cut well. They can be fried after washing at home, which is very convenient.


400g pickled cabbage
100g pork
1 tbsp oil
8 g salt
Appropriate amount of onion and ginger
1 tbsp soy sauce

Wash the shredded pickled cabbage

Cut pork into strips. Shredded scallion and ginger

Heat oil, stir fry chives and ginger, and add pork
