Sauerkraut with garlic

Ingredients

500g kohlrabi
80g garlic
Proper amount of peanut oil
Appropriate amount of salt
Appropriate amount of chicken essence

Directions

Step 1
Wash fresh agaric.

Step 2
Smash the garlic and cut into small pieces.

Step 3
Put proper amount of oil into the boiler and saute garlic powder.

Step 4
Stir fry a part of the agaric and add the rest.

Step 5
Stir fry in slightly soft, add salt, chicken seasoning out of the pot.
