If the temperature is low in winter, fat should be supplemented appropriately. Streaky pork contains protein and high fat, which can help the human body resist the cold. Sauerkraut has the effect of appetizing and waking up the stomach. It is more oily. Match with streaky pork to make the meat fat but not greasy.
