Ingredients

435g spine
21g scallion
22G garlic
10g ginger
2 octagons
15 pepper
1 tablespoon rice wine
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce
1 tsp peanut oil
800 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Blanching

Step 2
Wash the ingredients for standby

Step 3
Add proper amount of water to the rice cooker and add all the ingredients

Step 4
Cook for about half an hour and turn over the bones

Step 5
Cook until the juice is collected

Step 6
Serve immediately after cooking
