Salted cashew nuts
325g cashew nuts
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup of water
0.5 cup corn starch
0.5 tbsp brown sugar
Step 1Mix the corn starch and brown sugar and rub them with your hands until there are no granules
Step 2Put 325g cashew nuts, 1tsp salt, 1tsp sugar and 1 cup water into the pot. Cook over low heat until the water is dry.
Step 3When the water is about to dry, the syrup will be left. At this time, we should often toss the pot to turn up the cashew nuts below to prevent them from sticking to the pot, and make all cashew nuts evenly stained with syrup.
Step 4Cook the cashew nuts out of the pot.
Step 5When it's hot, that is, before the syrup hardens, wrap the corn brown sugar starch on the cashew nuts, and then let it cool for a few hours.
Step 6Cool the oil in the pan, add the cashew nuts wrapped in flour and fry them slowly over low heat until they are hard. Turn to medium heat and fry them until they are golden（ Cashew nuts change color quickly from golden yellow to scorched color. Don't hesitate to turn off the engine when you see golden yellow. Drain the oil and cool it on the oil absorption paper for 1-2 hours.
