Ingredients: 150g cream, 180g sugar powder, 60g whole egg (I put one), 2G bromine powder, 3G baking soda, 330g low powder and 3G baking powder
Beat cream and powdered sugar until milky white.
What it looks like when it's done.
Add in the whole egg and mix well.
Add bromine powder and baking soda and mix well.
Add the sifted powder and mix well.
Mix into dough. Cover with plastic wrap and relax in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts, roll them into thin and thick slices, and use the mold to carve out the big circle (I use the plastic bucket after the use of PayPal cotton swabs, of course, using the mold can also be used), then use the small round mold to carve out the hollow shape, and then take away the extra slices in the middle.
Bake at 160 ℃ for about 25 minutes, and the surface is golden.
